1. The customer (person responsible for paying A.L-Photos) must pay the agreed cost of the photo shoot/s on the day or earlier
by cash, Paypal or cheque. Cheques made payable to A.L-Photos.
2. Repeated late payments may result in A.L-Photos services being withdrawn.
3. The cost will be in writing prior to the shoot commencing and must be agreed either as a written response.

4. In the event of a customer cancelling a shoot, a charge may still be made but will be dependant of different factors, (time
lost from cancelled booking, notice not given, etc). Cancellation costs start from 10% of agreed costs. Cancellation costs
must be paid before further shoots being taken.
5. In the event of A.L-Photos, a discount for re-arranged shoots may be given for specific situations at the discretion of
A.L-Photos.
6. A.L-Photos has the right to suspend a shoot if assessing it to be an "At Risk" situation for themselves. "At Risk" means
threats of/or actual physical and/or emotional abuse.
7. In the interest of health and safety, the customer or other persons present at the shoot and A.L-Photos agrees to cancel
the session if it within 72 hours of any symptoms of either diarrhoea or vomiting or any other contagious illness.
8. Customers using A.L-Photos studio as a photographer who is hiring the room or for a shoot, do so at their own risk.
A.L-Photos cannot accept liability for accident or illness while on its premises.
